Our Philosophy

We want to combine down-to-earth practicality with smart future technology. Not ignoring modern developments like AI, but keeping control with the user — that's our aspiration and the core idea behind our platform.

This duality is also reflected in our name. The oak stands for permanence and deep roots — a tree that grows over centuries, withstands storms from different directions, and becomes stronger in the process. The neurons, on the other hand, symbolize intelligence, networking, and the ability to learn. Just as neurons in the brain form connections, our platform links requirements, recognizes relationships, and helps teams make better decisions.

The oak is also a small tribute to our shared apartment in Eichhalde in Freiburg — that's where our friendship began, where the idea came, and where we took the first steps.
